Matt has over 15 years of marketing, communications, and consulting experience, including audience-grabbing national advertising campaigns, and leading the internal communications departments for two mid-size organizations.
He also provided strategic consulting and tactical support for three of the top Fortune 25 companies through a wide range of internal communications, change management, and executive support programs. He is a strong advocate for employee-centric strategies and communications designed to uplift, enable, and inspire.
Matt has an MBA, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Change Management, both from Boston College. He is also a ProSci® Change Management Practitioner.

Annette Dwyer
VICE PRESIDENT
Annette Dwyer has over 25 years of consulting and implementation experience. Having spent the early part of her career at large top-tier consulting firms as an industry consultant for financial services, she found great joy in advising and building start-ups in retail, entertainment and real estate.
Annette’s functional skills lie in facilitating senior executives, owners, founders, artists and entertainers to articulate market-making vision, mission and strategy statements as well as aligning operational plans to achieve entry, growth and new business strategies. Annette believes in the power of smart articulation, group engagement and developing consumer-driven loyalty.
Annette is a graduate of Harvard University, and received her MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Claudia has over 10 years of experience in project management, operations, and business development. She is an integral member of a start-up organization that focuses on HR benefits and wellness offerings.
She is passionate about the intersection of total rewards, personal and professional wellness, and empowering women in the workplace.
Claudia is a graduate of Penn State University, and an advocate for working mothers everywhere.
